We use order and contact details to respond, confirm availability, arrange pickup or delivery, and manage fulfillment. Reviews are not shown publicly until approved; approved reviews display the name and review text you submit. No online payments are collected by this website.

Storage and access

Website requests are stored in a MongoDB database. Authorized kitchen administrators can access order and inquiry records. Hosting and database providers process information as needed to operate the website. We do not publish phone numbers or delivery addresses on the public site.

Retention and requests

We keep records for operational needs until they are reviewed for deletion. A fixed retention period has not yet been established.
